Where can I get SnapReturn?

SnapReturn is available now on Google Play for Android phones. It's free to start, and you can upgrade to Pro anytime in the app.

Which stores does it know return policies for?

SnapReturn has return policies for 100+ retailers built in, so your deadlines are calculated from the store's actual policy. You can always edit a date yourself.

How does Price Drop Protection work?

It's a Pro feature. For the whole return window, SnapReturn checks the price at the store where you bought the item. If the price drops, you'll get an alert showing how much you could get back, either through a price adjustment or by rebuying and returning the original with your receipt.

Can I choose when I'm reminded about returns?

Yes. Set reminders anywhere from 3 to 14 days before a return window closes. SnapReturn also adds a calendar event the day before your last day to return.

What is the Warranty Passport?

It lists every layer of coverage on an item, from the store return window to protection plans, manufacturer warranties and credit card coverage, and guides you to the right place to file a claim.

What can the AI assistant help with?

Ask it about the items you're tracking, a store's return policy, your warranty coverage or how to use SnapReturn. It's an AI, not a person, so double-check important details with the store. Free includes 5 questions a day and Pro includes 60. Your questions and tracked items are sent to Google's Gemini AI to answer, as explained in our privacy policy.
